Trieste is a Central European city. On a human scale, it lives by the sea, among its historic literary cafes, scientific centers of excellence and tourists attracted by the reserved kindness of its inhabitants that make it a city of 4 and 5 star hospitality unique in Italy.
Nordic roots, Italian heart.
Today, one of the most interesting industrial recovery areas in Europe and a historic gateway to the sea for Central and Eastern Europe, it was so innovative that it was chosen - in 1923 - by Henry Ford to set up his first factory in Italy.
After a long period of neglect, the value and potential of the suggestive architectures were rediscovered - chosen as a set by Sergio Leone, Francis Ford Coppola and Gabriele Salvatores - and a process of redevelopment of the entire area under the protection of Cultural heritage.
Today, the ferment of the recovery of the area allows TCC. to connect to creative and avant-garde networks, museums, art galleries and startup accelerators as well as the Museum of the scientific imaginary - creating a well-equipped center with great tourist appeal.
