AIS Sommelier course – First level
The regional division of the Italian Sommelier Association (AIS) is organizing the first level of its official course at the TCC to learn the basics of sommelier professionalism: from vine cultivation to grape harvesting, from wine production stages to wine tasting, and finally, wine service and cellar management.
Through fifteen sessions, the First Level of the AIS Sommelier Course will include lessons on Viticulture, Oenology, Tasting Techniques, Sommelier Functions, and will pave the way for more advanced courses.
The first session will be held at the Trieste Convention Center on Monday, October 16th.
